Getting here
We are at 1624 W Olive Ave, Suite E, on the south side of Olive between Hollywood Way and Buena Vista — about a block west of the Burbank Town Center and five minutes from the Media District studios. From the 134, exit Hollywood Way north; from the 5, exit Olive Avenue west.
Typical drive times: Glendale 10 minutes, Toluca Lake 5, North Hollywood 8, Studio City 12, Sherman Oaks 15, Pasadena 20. Metro Bus 164 stops at Olive and Hollywood Way.
Parking
Free parking in the lot directly in front of the building; the office entrance is at ground level with no steps. Additional street parking on Olive Avenue is free with a two-hour limit on weekdays.
The office is wheelchair accessible, and treatment rooms are on one level.

You will get a text and email confirmation within one business day, a link to complete new-patient forms online before you arrive, and a reminder 48 hours ahead. If your insurance details are on file we verify benefits before the visit so there are no surprises at checkout.
